I have been offering my house privately on the internet for quite a long time. I refused all real estate agencies because I thought I would sell the house quickly myself. I was forced to reduce the price by almost 10,000 Euros, but I still couldn't sell the house. The brokers contacted me themselves and so I agreed to offer my house to their clients who come to them to find out about the offer of houses outside Prešov. They brought four people interested in viewing me, and the last one said that if the family agreed, they would buy the house. The real estate agency handled the complete service from the reservation through the contract, payment of part of the purchase price and the other part through a loan. I was very satisfied and thank you for your help in the sale.

We did not want to sell our apartment through a real estate agency. However, we were not successful ourselves, as we had a burden on the apartment that discouraged buyers from making a final decision. After the brokers contacted us and explained to us how the entire procedure would be carried out, which they also handled for us, we willingly sold the apartment to interested parties, whom they brought to us for a viewing. The sale was difficult, but in the end everything went well and we are glad that people who have experience in legal matters helped us, as we both work in completely different fields and do not sell apartments every day.
